Through this collaboration, Venak Security serves as a technology partner and supplier, contributing advanced AI-powered malware simulation capabilities to NSS Labs’ cybersecurity testing initiatives.
In Q3 2026, NSS Labs conducted independent evaluations of nine leading cloud network firewall solutions using its Cloud Network Firewall Test Methodology v4.1. The evaluations assessed security effectiveness, false-positive management, TLS support, performance, and cost under realistic attack scenarios and enterprise workloads.
As part of this initiative, Venak Security’s AI Malware Simulator platform supports the testing process by enabling realistic malware and threat simulation scenarios, helping assess how effectively cloud firewalls defend against evolving cyber threats.
